restoring windows mbr
hi

could someone please tell me how i can go about restoring windows into the master boot record? currently my computer is dual-booted with linux but i would wish windows to boot directly now as opposed to going through linux's lilo....

You might try leaving the MBR alone next time, and using GAG to load Linux, or setting LILO to load Win be default.

i had lilo booting win, but i needed to remove linux partitions to free up space for windows.
