| Map one click to three clicks I want to go about something, but I'm not sure of the best way to start. For the sake of a first-person shooter, I want to write a small program/driver/whatever that will cause the system to click an extra two times every time the mouse is clicked. I don't know how well it will work, but it seems like a fun challenge.
I've done a lot of programming, and I've even done a little driver programming (that was a pain though). Is writing a hardware driver the only way to do this? Any ideas? I'm pretty much open to suggestions.
PS: I know I could go buy a fancy mouse, keyboard, or somesuch for this, but that's entirely missing the point. Please do not tell me to go buy a fancy mouse or keyboard or somesuch. Thanks. |
