Grub Message while booting PC.

Hi,
I have WinXp installed.
Previously I had both winxp and linux.
At that I have installed Grub loader on MBR area.
Now I have removed the Linux.
But sometime while booting Windows. I got GRIUB message.

Now my question is how to recover MBR.
Because the grub info has been written on MBR.

Is there any command or utility that can help.
Also another problem is with BIOS.
My BIOS settings(boot sequence specially) is not getting saved even I have changed the battery.Pls help.

For fixing your master boot record
c:\ > fdisk /mbr

With the BIOS not remembering it's settings when you change the battery, then don't change your battery.
