Making use of multiple gateways on the same network

At work right now we have two connections to the outside. Verizon FiOS and Comcast Business. One connection offers VPN access to the rest of the network in Denmark including our intranet server. The other connection is currently unused except for testing. I'd like to be able to use the FiOS (currently unused) for normal internet access, and the cable connection ONLY for internal network access (access to file, mail and web servers in Denmark).

I know that you can specify multiple gateways in the advanced TCP/IP connection properties dialog, but as I understand it, the gateways are prioritized based on connection speed? I've tried adding both gateways, but I've been unable to use both simultaneously. When using the FiOS connection, I'm unable to access servers in Denmark.

It's not a DNS issue either which was my first thought. I've added local DNS servers to the list, and edited my hosts file with the IP's of the danish servers.

Is there a way to specify that one range of IP's use one gateway while everything else uses another within Windows?
