I came home one day from work and was surfing around when I saw a phrase I wanted to search for on Google. Having just come from a Unix environment I highlighted the phrase and center-clicked on the Google search bar. Of course, this was in Windows and nothing happened.
I thought, "This is a dumb problem to have, surely someone out there has written something for Windows to emulate the mouse behavior of Unix." Sure enough, someone had.
X-Mouse is a simple little program that all you do is put into your Startup folder to load automatically when Windows boots, and boom, it works just like a mouse would in Unix.
