DVD Player

I've become really frustrated with commercial DVD playing software. I've tried PowerDVD and nVidia's DVD Decoding library, and both have the same problem - they'll only play on the primary display. I have three monitors hooked up and would like to have a DVD playing in the background on one while playing a game on the primary display. I'm pretty sure the the limitation is DRM, as I can use VideoLAN, which uses DeCSS, and play it on any screen. But I'd like something more portable so I can plug it into ZoomPlayer (or any other media player I want to try). Anyone know of a DVD Decoder (as in library) I can use in Windows that isn't crippled?

Well, I already have a player that will play DVD's on any monitor, and there's no way I'm touching the Kazaa Light Codec Pack (an the inevitable headaches that come with it). If you know the name of the Decoder that the Kazaa Lite Codec Pack installs, I'll grab that, but I'm not messing up my current codec installs.

I'm looking specifically for a DVD decoder to replace PowerDVD (not a player per se, but a library that I can register with Windows and have available to other players). Know of anything that fits the bill?

It wasn't what I was asking about, but TVTool looks interesting - I'll have to check it out.
