Windows XP SP 3.......

Hey All,

found this while browsing through the hotfix site.

"All hotfix downloads are linked directly to Microsoft. These are 100% official downloads. None of these are promised to be in SP3. "

If even Microsoft official website doesn't have it yet, how could that be official?!
