is b.s. ... i've done their "timers" tutorial for creating a little mfc program many times and they are leaving something out. i can't get it to work.

i wish they were like WROX and published errors they find in their books on the internet.

I think Wrox probably utilizes a nice 10 TB Fiber Channel disk array to cover all of their errors. They are an odd publisher, I've noticed entire chapters appearing in multiple books with completely different authors. Very weird indeed! But at least they get the general idea across most of the time.

Wrox and O'reilly are great, I hate sams, I really do, most of their books are crap...
