Where can i find e-book (PDF) about port programming with C++ Builder 6

Hi !!!
Im an electronics engineer .
Ive started my C++ Builder 6 programming newly. As an electronitian i wanna to mannage my hardwares by PC. But i regret to say that , In literauries which i got there is now information about port managment (COM, LPT, USB READ and WRITE ).
Can some-body help me ???
Please send me an online books on port programming !!!
Thank u in advance .
Also i will be very happy to get aquianted with a people (professionals) all over the world which are engaged with desighning of electronics hardware controlling by PC

Handling all kinds of electronics with the computer is also known as phreaking. I'd google for that word, and see whee I end up.

When it comes to e-books, only a few of them can be freely and legally obtained. I don't know about the books you are looking for. But I for illegal goodies, this isn't the right forum.
