Your IDE might have a bug. In that case, saving your work and restarting the computer will help for a while. Dev-CPP 5 is such an environment.

Don't know what a IDE is.

IDE stands for (Intergrated Development Environment). Basicly its a program that edits, compiles, links, and dose other crap. The thing u use to write your code such as Dev C++. The sad part is I know this and benn coding for about 5 days. And I luv it!!! None stop coding for the last 2 days.LOL.

Yes. I figured so.
Usually that happens when your programming environment is buggy. The gcc compilers are usually fine. But the environment (IDE) itself is dubious. I'd suggest you check out what you are using, and then post on the forum of the distributer of that app. What are you using? Perhaps I could direct you to the proper support forum for that. I usually use KDevelop myself.

Can't you paste the result from 'gcc -v' ? Just curious.

Tro compiling with 'gcc-2.95'. That should be the actual command. Also make sure you are doing it like 'gcc -o outputfile rawcode.c' if you aren't already.
