Need help!!!!

I am kinda new to Php and MySql programming.
I need to host a Topsite at a free hosting service, and have found 0fees.net.
But my problem is that i am unable to anything, since i am lost and i am looking for a complete and thorough guide.
Kindly someone please help me.

help you how? figure out what you want to do, and then ask specific questions in the php/mysql forum. i doubt you'll get any responses with such open ended posts like this.

1. "I need to host"... are you a host?
2. "topsite"... define topsite. Is it google you want to host or "hello world"?

No, i am indeed not a host, but i am a webmaster who looking for a host.

Topsite-- a place where webmasters list their sites to get more surfers, for instance Gaming Topsites like Gamesites200.co

Yes free hosts who can give sub-domains. Topsite scripts needs support features like PHP and MySQL inorder to work/function.

Banners?? or Advertisements??

Well webmasters/Hosts at free sub-domains sometimes put 1 banner and allow the users to put theirs so that they and users can generate some revenue out of it.

Did you try lycos then?

They never give those essential features, but induce damn ADS/Banners.
