i'm not sure that this is the best place to be looking for a development team, but i can tell you that with a response like that, this isn't going to look very attractive to anyone. (unless it payed *maybe*)

it's a little like saying "i got a cool idea for a car .. but i don't know if it's going to be a suv, or a trck .. haven't really put any thought if it will be a stick or a manual, .. or even f it will be gas or electric, .. but who wants to make it for me?

Ehh, so what are some of the specifics of the game? Is it realtime, turn based, adventure, action, puzzle. I am in the process of making a game based on one of the Games Workshop table tops games, I might be of some assistance.
