GUI Screen Scraping - How ?

How to read GUI in code for C+++ , some ppl call it screen scraping, does anyone know where i can buy or get a program that can Screen Scrape GUI ?

Not quite sure what you want here, I dpn't think it's possible to install a generic listener for text in a windowed environment. What text in particular do you want your prgram to have access to?

On a side note, c-sharp is written as C# and is microsoft's newer java-style managed code language. C++ is an older language which introduced object oriented features and certain generic programmin features to the C language.

Say your making a legal poker bot ,and you need it to be able to read of the GUI because thats what the poker game is played on. Is there anyway using e.g Winrunner for you to make the poker bot read the text of the GUI

Whether you have to pay for a program to do that is fine, please help thanks

In that case you'd do better to examine the network packets the game sends back and forth than to spend your time trying to examine the text.
