help with visual studio .net

is any one familiar with visual studio .net?
if you are respond and i will go ahead and ask my real question
it had to do with a build for the project CDPR (a internal cisco software package then can regonize where and what ports packets are coming from)

I moved the thread here, since it is API specific, when asking for help specific to visual studio .net.
But sorry, what is your question ???
I know the CDPR project if that is what you're asking for.. But if it is some kind of problem you run into, when trying to build the project on visual studio, then be more specific and describe what type of error you encounter.
You do know you need the Winpcap libraries in order to make it work on windows.

Exclamation

well i installed pcap to the same directory (pretty much just unzipped the files for cdpr and pcap) and try to use .NET to build them all. It all compiles except for there is a missing file called time.h the exact include is in pcap.h and it goes sys/times.h does not exist mumbo jumbo

maybe i installed the wrong pcap file? Maybe I dont have the MSDN library it needs (which I am d/l of the moment) but maybe someone knows whats going on?

time.h is a system dependent I take it your compile should provide an equal one, it should be placed in the standard includes, so you might wanna try and change the include to say <time.h> instead of <sys/time.h> since sys/ is the location on *nix.
Or perhaps the .NET compiler is so windows secific, so it's calling it window.h.. I've heard of stranger things..
