help on keypress

I have a qeustion..

how do i get a X to move over a screen on keypress of my keyboard arrows i am using borland c++ 5

i creating a little dos-game and i cant find any info on the net

Just a quick google search on this one reveals this description as the first choice, and this one as the third.
It might be helpful, since I've never relied on gotxy() and conio.h, I can't tell if it will help you, but it looks promissing.
