Hi, I have a link to an online radio stream as well as the current track on my forum. However, you must refresh the page in order to see the current track if it changes while you're browsing the page. What's do I need to do to have this code auto-refresh every few seconds?

I don't want my forum centered. I was messing with this code and somehow I got all the stuff stuff below the flash bits centered.
