need good free php hosting

i need a good place to host a php web app i want to develop out of boredom. right now im using awardspace and it just isnt cutting it because the way it makes you connect to sql databases is nothing like a server you pay for.

i doubt anyone could also point me one to that allows opensockssl too. for some reason i doubt any free hosting will let you use it.

well i installed apache back in the past and php, but im not sure if i did it right exactly because things just went awry

i am on windows. ill have to try it after i burn some music to cd. my hdd is already screaming at me for the torture i put it through
