PHP: Back-Office Page

Good Evening Everyone (It is for me!!!)

Using PHP, is there anyway of creating 8 buttons as shown on the page found at the URL address below:

URL: http://freewebs.com/mail2go/bo/index.html

New buttons need to be added, current buttons need to be deleted, and if more than 8 buttons are created, a new page needs to be created, whilst enabling the "Next Screen" rectangle, to navigate to the new page.

Each button has a title & a description.

Many Thanks,
