Similar problems..over and over!

I am active in a lot of forums helping out people in php. I really like helping others out in their problems. I know there are a lot of guys around who are really busy helping out others too. So i though if we could create a commond sort of repositry and refer similar problems to a page it would be great. I have created snippetcollection.com so I can submit solved problems / answered querries there. I have a lot of pending examples to go up. In regards of your site I must say there's a very good tool for that, and it's called google, through carefully selected searches every fora on the web lies at your feet..
Given the fact that theres currently only 8 users on your own forum, I rate this thread aswell as your sig as beeing a promotion of your site.

Anyway, welcome here at Code Newbie.

I know it might seem harsh, but since we've experienced varius kinds of first post/promote we've decided to uphold these unwritten rules, once a member shows a compassion and pride in helping other members here on this board, it is accepted to provide a link in your sig, else it is considdered search-bot harvesting from this sites popularity.

I know the thought of a FAQ like feature, which holds varius common questions from alot of sites, sounds prommising, but from my own experience, at some point the common questions will spred over such a wide area that the FAQ itself will seem enormous and confusing to the viewer.

i like the idea of snippet libraries for code that just doesn't need a big explanation. i wrote this so people here at codenewbie could share code repositories.
