The PHP manual is 2,600 pages.
Yes... I tried to print it today at work. It wook Mozilla 10 minutes to generate the print preview.
Do not underestimate the power (length) of an 8 meg HTML document.

you must have not been viewing the printer friendly version w/o comments. for me it was about ~480ish pages.

I downloaded the HTMl version. There's no comments, and it's quite printer friendly looking.
2630 pages. I so want to print it...
