I've tinkered with several PEAR classes, but not utilized them fully in any scripts I've built. HTML_Quickform is pretty cool; I've used Benchmark on a couple of cases (although I found it cumbersome in the simple uses I found for it) otherwise, probably the widest known and most used class would be DB (in which case I prefer to use either a simple connect script or my own class).

I really like the Pear-DB class. Aside from provide an abstraction layer for the database access, the get*() methods are convenient for quick "give me X from Y table."
