ordering failing sparaticly[sp?]
so i have a shopping cart set up that i can put orders through every single time without an error. my client can put orders through everytime without any problems too. we have tested it on Mozilla & IE on Windows & Linux, and can not reproduce the problem.
every once in a while, an order will come through with an item total of $0 and then a shipping charge based on what items were in the cart.
are there any logs kept of all queries run through PHP? perhaps something it breaking in a query?
ugh, i am stumped right now.
