Im trying to create a form and when the user is finished filling it out and they hit submit, it will redirect them to a new forum post on my website.

i cant figure out how to make it work. i have no idea what to do. either when they fill it out and hit submit, it creates a new forum post or it loads the forum post screen with all of their info filled in and they just manually submit the info.
