does anyone else have problems loading pics on webpages at times. My IE will show when and what it wants to..otherwise i get that cute little white box with a red x through it...what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it...its kinda hard to edit a webpage without viewing pics...arg....please help

tools -> internet options -> settings -> check for newer version of stored pages "every visit to the page"

other than that, i don't really know.

a neat trick i learned a while ago was to hit Ctrl-F5 and it will pull the page again from the server thus giving you a update of the changed page
