Business Tax Question ...

When you pay taxes on a business, .. you can write that off right?

lol, i thought it would be an easy answer and save a call to my CPA .. already did my taxes this year, but i didn't owe like i do this year .. so just wondering if i could write it off. guess i'll shoot him an email.

IMO, with stuff like taxes it is best to talk to a professional.

btw, think you could remove my wisdom teeth next weekend? they are starting to hurt. ugh.

i had mine removed last year .. pretty crazy. i've never been put under before. i think i was out for an hour, but it seemed like 5 minutes. i'm not sure they have to put everyone under, but one of mine grew in a bit sideways and was compacted against the tooth in front of it.

you will be pretty messed up for the following week or 2, .. but it's not that bad with some pain killers to take care of it.

yeah, i remember talking to you the night you had it done. LOL.

i have my appointment set for april 28th. the bottom two are pretty messed up (under the gums still and coming in sideways). i am getting put under for sure. NOT looking forward to it though.

When I still had my business account, I paid about 2 to 3 hundred dollars per quarter, but depended on how many taxable items had been sold. When it came to a service, no taxes were to be paid. The good thing about it all was that it was a computer service company. Every system that I used for the business, every tool, and even a percentage of my house and utilities became a write-off at the beginning of the next year. That's one thing that can really help when tax times comes, especially if Uncle Sam is wanting a large amount of money.
