Graphic Designer Needed

I've been posting on other sites, so I thought why not here too.

I really need a good web graphics person to work with. I need someone who can use illustrator ( or freehand ) , photoshop, and maybe flash very well.

I want to be able to deliver sites as visually stimulating as 2advanced. ( example: http://xs-engineering.com )
