Whats wrong with Photoshop!

im trying to save the image i attached as a gif, exactly as it is. But everytime i try and save it, the text is only pure white, not with any shades of gray, damn this is a real pain. can someone explain how i can do this, and if you can upload the image they way i want it to turn out?

try using these settings

it was all with the matte settings. what does that do exactly? thanks for the help
