OK sorry.. I was wondering is it possible that someone can help me via IM messenger?? Who ever wants to help me then i will discuss what questions i have whether its legal or ilegal so "NO" forums are involved in it. IM is IM not PM on this board. Will someone be willing to give me there "IM" name and we can discuss all about programming??

If you want real time answers like IMs and PMs, learn to use IRC. Seriously, I pointed out an excellent book. Even when you don't have the money, we will not tell you what to steal.

Now try this link:

C Programming tutorial - Google

There is some free stuff right there that's lawful.

I thought you said you wanted to know the best book to buy? There are a lot of free resources online as far as programming tutorials and code snippits go, but if you have absolutly no knowlege of any programming language, you should purchase some education. Whether that education is a class, or a book, is up to you.

It's a little tough for anyone to tell you what the best book on a language is. It's really up to opinion. If you have a learning disorder, then what works for me won't necessarily work for you anyway. My suggestion is to go to your local Barnes & Noble and browse their programming section.

As far as free resources go, Google is really an incredible tool for education. I developed a strong foundation for PHP in 3 months with the help of Google.

You can. As it has been mentioned in 4 posts(I think), Google, Google, Google....

Google

As for my link. Just pick one. It's not going to kill you to look at one. Just click on one, and start reading. Really, you have been given everything you could possibly need to start learning. What has been stopping you for the past year is beyond me.
