I had someone call me on the support line at work:

"I was talking on the phone with my mom and it wouldn't let me dial into the internet, it kept saying there was no dial tone, whats the problem?"

I work in a bank and get some real doosies... one of my favorites is a voice mail I once got...

ME: "Thank you for calling... I'm unable to answer... please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message, and I'll return your call as soon as possible. Have a great day."

BEEEEEP

CUSTOMER: "umm... well, I, uh... I just don't know what to do."

**CLICK!**

and she hung up the phone... well, that's fine... I didn't want to talk to her in the first place!! Too many decisions, I guess... either leave a name or a number, or a message... or she could have a great day... Guess she didn't want to have it all....LOL
