Oh, more confusion.
The mailsnare.net account is a personal account. My cursed employer is a massive conglomerate / bureacracy that hosts it's own mail servers. I can't get to my personal emails (well, except through some careful subterfuge) directly. And I never use my work email account for personal stuff. Big Brother is always watching.
