Suggestion: Tutorial Authoring

I understand that people can submit tutorials to the site but how do I start them?

Where do I send them?
What form should they be in?
Can I use images?
Can I use anchors within the article?
Do they need to be 'validated' before they go online in the tutorial section?

Do you see what I'm getting at here? To people that want to author a few articles for this site like I do, people need to be informed on procedures.

Or is the case like this:
Write how you like. Keep to ASCII articles with no HTML nor images and post it in the relevant foirum...

??

Please be gentle

In short:
You go to the submit tutorials section, select the language you want to post in, chose new thread and write whatever you want, then when submitting, your tutorial will be put up for validation by an admin.

But I see your point, in the future we'll workout a description on correct submission of tutorials.
