anti ads

i have a nortons firewall 2003 pro. and i have activated the anti ad and pop up prog that is embeded with it. but when i go to my web site some of the pictures dont load.

when i turn my firewall off they do

for example hre is what a section of code looks like ( thsi is a sliced splash image)

but when i view the code when it loads i get

why dont you just use mozilla?

Key-word here: banner it's part of the name in the file beeing loadet.
The firewall will look at the http header beeing transmittet, if it contains anything resembling the preset "banner" like names, it won't allow that http transfer.

Ah yes, I remember such a story vaguely. Some can't see my sig because its name is "ad.jpg". Was that you perhaps Red?

Nope, it wasn't me, I've never used anything like that.. Only the feature in moz, only allowing images from orriginal server..
But that as well will create problems in your case.
