hehe , j/k .. i might put some different colors, but i'll try to keep the informational part of the site on a nice white or offwhite bg.

any suggestions for a re-design?

1) What about options to implement "topic-chapters per programming language" for the tutorials?
Like, a section for keywords, operators , conceptual , etc.

2) Keep the site speedy and don't use "lame" scripts. We have enough of these programming sites. Stay an example for many .

3) I'd like to see one more font size in the tutorial setup section.

4) Implement flash/animated gif support for avatars. Setup rules like max avatar size of 50k (wich is a lot for a 128x128 avatar!).

5) Go to netwerkin to discuss the most abstract (they have some heavy weight designers over there as you know). That would be my advise. Then come back and discuss issues when you found a concept so that simple C++ programmers like me can try to think .

These are just on-the-fly ideas. Keep me posted on how things are going.

Yes true, I am in the midst of developing new tutorials... looking forward to all the things that may come. Keep up the good work!

I'll second that.. looking through a thread, and getting disturbed by some flashing animation on your left side, is something ment for purgatory.

one thing is for sure, .. i do have a new outlook on my designs now that my cable modem has been dead for a week .. hopfully it will be back up tomorrow.

i'm thinking about keeping my dial-up account for testing load times.
