geforce4 ti4200

So I ran 3dmark00 on my new system and got a 9000. I ran 3dmark03 and on the third test i get an error "out of video memory" Hmm 128mb g4? So i go into display and see that it states it is 64mb.. on load it displays that it is 128. Ive done everything I can think of doing. If i take it and place it into my GFs system which is over two years old it registers as 128mb. The people at Visiontek said that the new driver sometimes does wierd things with the Ti4200 for some reason. So I follow the instructions update the bios on the graphics card and check for an update for my motherboard and go back to the old drivers. Doesnt fix it. Ive heard that it is sometimes impossible to get rid of all the registry the nvidia drivers leave behind. My GF computer is running off the 30.82 and hasnt ever had anything else installed but mine had 43.xx before. I downloaded a program from guru3d.com that supposedly removes these pesky registry files but still no go. I am so frustrated right now. Please someone reading this has an idea. (and im sure my motherboard can handle 128 it is a p4s8x-x it handles agp 8x but the card only runs 4x)
