Digital chips

whats up with them? sounds a little strange to me. from what i hear, it was one of microsofts engineers that helped develop them and is the first to try it out. would you consider getting one or putting one in your kids?

i'm not one to be that religous.. or even much of a conspirital thinker.. but i think this crap has big brother, cia, fbi, freemasonry, illuminate, cashless society, one church, and one govt written all over it! ... well ok, .. maybe i'm a little bit of a conspirital thinker.

i might be interested in the chip if they implimented things like gps and northstar system so i could never get lost. right now they install it in your arm .. i think i'd rather wait for the head version.. this way i don't have to worry about it falling out if i lose a limb or anything.

i have a feeling that our generation will never go for the whole chip idea.. but our kids will grow up with the idea that it isn't so bad because of the way the media will slowly introduce it into our society as such a great thing to us. so we won't have them .. and maybe our kids won't either.. but our kids might think it's a good idea by the time they have kids.

people used to fear the cashless society idea ... and entertained thoughts that we would all carry little sticks with credits on them and no one would use cash.. how close are we to this already? how popular and normal is it to use atm/credit cards today?

all of a sudden this quote comes to mind:
Quote:
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not plotting against you.
=) i have no clue who said that .. but i like it.

as for the chip.. the only way i would get one is if they could install a firewire port ( or something better ) in my head and i could upload c++ tutorials, unix manuals, and maybe a few movies i can watch while i sleep at night .. matrix style. ::::::::: that family they installed chips in was paid i'm sure for all the positive media exposure they are giving. i don't think they realize what's up .. they look pretty homely.. and the doctors and spokes people that were saying all this good stuff about it looked like how people who are up to no good look.

no need to worry ... everything is under control

I'm not paranoid...much. But I definitely wouldn't want a tracking device implanted in my body. Embed the chip in a bracelet or make it possible to insert in a shoe or sock or something. Then I might use it on my kid.

The whole cortical implant so I can upload the library of congress bit would be cool, but I think I'd wait until the first guinea pigs..er, I mean volunteers got all the kinks out.

Not a chance!!! I've got a cell phone, voice mail, etc... too many people can find me as it is... and I don't even have anything to hide... but that chip is too close to Revelations for me...

Paranoid? Me? Nah... but the monsters under my bed think I am!

hee hee hee
