weird install messages

i got this when i was installing eterm on a friends box

[SHELL]checking for pstack... no
checking for U_STACK_TRACE in -lcl... no
checking for Linux 2.1 or higher... yes
checking for life_signs in -lKenny... no
Oh my god, they killed Kenny! You bastards!
updating cache ./config.cache
creating ./config.status
creating Makefile
creating bg/Makefile[/SHELL]



what other weird install messages have anyone else seen?

Well, I know that the E team hasn't been losing sleep on E 17, so sleep dep is out of the question. Crack maybe?

hmm... what about the error message, when compiling mplayer with gcc-2.96-x
talk about an issue..

Those kinds of messages are actually farly common...
