path
can anyone tell me what the bash command to add a path directory (IE /usr/java/sdk1.4.1_02/bin) so that i can use the java tools located there?
i know... another dumb luser question but oh well, gotta ask to learn.

export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/java/bin
add that to your /etc/profile ~/.bash_profile or whatnot
