Quick anti-aliasing question

Is there a quick way to antialias all the widgets in a JFrame?

I have never actually tried to to that, I am not even sure its even possible. Swing is so slow that the performance hit of anti-aliasing everything might be unbearable for users with slower computers.

What I usually do is just use a prebuilt look and feel set from http://www.javootoo.com/ or http://www.oyoaha.com/lookandfeel/ the second one has pretty good documentation on how to use it.

Unhappy

Its unfortunate that java is that slow, I havn't seem an increase in performance since I started learning it in 2001. I've already started learning C++ so I can probably forget about Java, it seems that Sun is never going to make it fast enough.

Thanks anyway :-)
