ok, my webpage

i want to put another table row above the logo, use it like a menu bar..and have it target the table where all the text is, but i have no idea how to go about this..help?

do you mean frames? i dont think it is possible to target cells within a table without some weird javascript.

i think maybe you just add a row where you want to put the menu bar and then reference it < name a href> to the text.
