snapchris is on a distinguished road
form wont line up

Im putting a form into a cell and it wont position. I need it to be at the bottom of the cell it is automatically putting it on top. how can i fix this. here is the website:

that didnt work. thanks for the help though. I can get the right side to position on the bottom but not the form on the left.

i looked at the site and the banner on the right looked like it's bottom was the same as the red lettering under the form. i can't see the problem and wouldn't know there was one if you weren't asking

I actually had to move the banner on the right to middle position. I wanted to remove some of the black space between the main site and the newsletter. It just looks weird with that much space between them.

In Dreamweaver the size of the cell and the alignment is fine when its published thats when it throws it out of alignment. I tried a bunch of different things but with the same result. And thanks for the help, it is very much appreciated.
