Need Free Website Templates

I am having a non profit organization. I am looking for free web templates including html,css,psd with illustrator logo template????
Can any one help me in this pls ?

If you're looking for free, I doubt you'll find illustrator templates included in the bundle. In that case you'd do better to hire a free lance designer I think. I know quite a few who charge reasonable rates to do a design/template. Since you're a non profit some might work for the portfolio piece/experience. What does your non-profit do?

Take a look at Open Source Wed Desgins. They won't have psds and illustrator templates, but good open source templates to base things on.
