html emails

anybody know how to send html in emails?

I am trying to create like a newsletter with pictures but do not want to bog up inboxes with images.

If you form the header with:

Code:

Content-Type: text/html;
      charset="Windows-1252"

it should be possible

by using <img src=http://mydomain/myimage> instead of including them in the mail.
