CSS Layout

Hi guys Im having trouble with a CSS layout- hopefully there will be a guru lurking in here somewhere...

To save me explaining exactly what is wrong ive taken a screenshot

can you elaborate? what is it supposed to look like, what is the problem in the screen shot, what are we supposed to be seeing?

sheesh- I thought the big arrow saying this space is what I would like to remove would have given it away....however...If you look at the original HTML document you can see I have outlined the DIVs with a colour...the Blue DIV (#ContentHeader) appears to be problematic its bigger than it should be. I want it to only extend to the bottom of the south circle (black outline). I dont know why, which is why I'm posting.

ah yes, lol. your error lettering goes so well with your layout i didn't think to read it, i was just looking at the layout... now if it were lime green i would have noticed

right now, your html page has db errors, i'll check it out later .. oh, way later, i'll be gone today.
