can anyone see any problems with:

that as a html encoded string ?

perhaps the nulls could be a problem ? (%00) ?

asp.net seems to be having a great deal of trouble
dealing with it... it has stalled my page now for
about 5 minutes (still loading).

what to do? perhaps that problem is elsewhere? anyone
experience any problems of this type?

could it be that there is a space between '?' and 'cs'

it must be something in the asp script itself because i can copy those variables to the top of this page even and the page loads fine.

perhaps you might want us to look at the vb script ( assuming your using vb/asp ) and that will probably show the problem.
