Posts gone?

I had a couple posts here and now they are gone :/ I see no annoucement about lost posts or anything.

I came to get refrence from them and cant find it. Says my post count is 0

Hello Gryphon,

I can fix your post count, but I can not bring back the posts. Most likely they were in a category that we dropped in order to setup our current category system.

How many posts did you have?

Maybe you can ask the questions again, .. I'm sure we can answer again.

Im not worried about the post count, they were in the php/mySQL forum. Someone had asked how to get the id of the last inserted item in a table. I had posted a reply answering it since I had just looked it up. Now I need to know cause I forgot where I had found it :o So I know the forum where it was posted is still there, and threads before and after are there. But that thread isn't. It had been replied to a couple of times after me.

I think I only had 1 or 2 posts here.

ah, that got dropped with our databases forum .. we just included a mysql forum with php.

and that was my question. Thanks a lot, your answer worked great for these scripts i'm using to communicate between 2 databases and exchange id's once new rows have been inserted.
