Slow forums

Am I the only one that has had real trouble with the forums for about the past month? Occasionally I'll have fine response times, but usually I need to wait 5-10 (even 20 at times) minutes for any given page to load (and often it never completely loads). Usually I'll get a decent burst of about 50 KBytes, then it'll just stall. This isn't a problem anywhere else, as far as I can tell. I frequent several other vB boards, and I haven't had this problem. I know my connection is high-latency, but the fact I don't have it with any other site is really frustrating me.

Grrr, I swear as soon as I say something the problem hides. Now it's loading up plenty quick. Watch, tomorrow it'll be back to slow as molasses again.

let me know as soon as it happens. also, if you can, do a traceroute to see if we can pin it down to a network problem.
