New News Forum
Redhead came to me with a great idea on how Code Newbie News should work.
Moderators, and appointed News Posters will now be able to post news articles in the News Forum. The first post of the thread will display on the Main Code Newbie page.
Any registered member will be able to comment on the article inside the forum.
I was originally going to wait for the new design to impliment this, but it isn't that difficult and should be up by today or tomorrow.
