Delphi, Adding Items

I have now read the data in from a text file to a combo box, now if anyone knows how to, do you know how to like when i click on one of the dtaa items which is now being read into the combobox, and then i click on an add button, that data gets added to a listbox, thanksa lot ppl lol

1. Click on the ComboBox, try to press F1, and explore the HELP
2. Read the properties Items
3. Read the the event OnClick
4. Try some the example
5. Spend 1-3 hours for playing around with the help and example
