One of the techs I'm training and I were debating how much sugar is in our favorite sodas. He was arguing that my Coke has much more sugar than his Pepsi. The Coke actually had 39 grams of sugar while the Pepsi was 43 grams.
I did a quick conversion of how much sugar is actually in 40 grams, turns out it's approximately
9 teaspoons. Do yourself a favor, get a clean bowl, a teaspoon measure and some sugar. Measure out 9 teaspoons worth and think about eating that much sugar. You probably wouldn't do it. Now think about the 2 or 3 sodas you drank today.
