It's generally thought best to install Windows before linux if you want to do a dual boot, but it depends on your experience with both, and also on how you want to do it. Easiest way at this point would be to use a utility like Partition Magic (although I'm not a big fan of the app) and move your partitions around to make a little more space for the win installation. Or you might get a seperate HDD and do the dual boot that way. Either way will require some work on your part and a little knowledge in configuring / getting around in linux.
